Your first visit will be an hour long appointment where we will review your comprehensive mental health history and current symptoms to help with diagnosis and come up with a treatment plan.
Once you appointment is confirmed you will receive a link to the patient portal to your email address .
You will have to complete intake forms online through the patient portal prior to your appointment to help guide this process. We will not be able to see you unless the consents and demographic information is completed online.
We understand that starting treatment can be daunting. We will discuss your treatment options in detail so we can collaborate on a treatment plan that is appropriate for you.
Subsequent follow up visits will be 20-30 minutes long where we evaluate your response to treatments, new symptoms or crisis ,make dose adjustments, address side effects or change medications as necessary to help you feel better.
We offer the option of HIPPA compliant Telehealth services after atleast one in-person visit within the first 3 visits. We are unable to prescribe controlled substances without initial in-person appointment . Some patients prefer it due to decreased wait times, decreased transportation costs and decreased time off work.
Insurance
We accept the following insurances
Presbyterian, United Health group, Optum, Cigna, BCBS, Aetna, Molina, Medicaid ( BCBS and Presbytarian Plans)
We are currently UNABLE to accept Medicare plans ( including the ones with United, Presbytarian and BCBS), Western Sky, Tricare or Humana.
If you don't see you insurance company on the accepted list we you have other options.
